These terms govern your access to and use of Cravved. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by them. Final wording is pending counsel sign-off and will be re-published before the platform is opened to the public.

Cravved is available only to adults of legal age in the user's jurisdiction. We confirm age via a third-party assurance step before any adult content is served — see Age assurance. Cravved operates on a per-jurisdiction allowlist; the service is unavailable in regions we have not enabled.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep your contact details current.

Your use of Cravved is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Behaviour or content that violates the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

Providers retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading, they grant Cravved a limited license to host, transcode, and serve that content to verified, entitled viewers, for as long as it remains on the platform. Cravved does not generate or alter any person's likeness.

Payments processed through Cravved cover creator-economy purchases — subscriptions, pay-per-view content, paid messaging, custom requests, and storefront orders. Payments for in-person services are not processed by Cravved and never have been. Refund eligibility and timing depend on the product type and will be detailed alongside each purchase.

You may close your account at any time. Cravved may suspend or close an account for violation of these terms, of the AUP, of law, or where required by our payment-network or hosting partners.

Cravved is provided "as is". We make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond what local law makes non-disclaimable. Specific disclaimers will be finalised by counsel per jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by law, Cravved's liability is limited. Exact cap, exclusions, and consumer-protection carve-outs are jurisdiction-specific and will be finalised by counsel.

Governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism (court, arbitration, consumer-tribunal access) will be specified per jurisdiction in the final draft. Local consumer-protection law takes precedence where it applies.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted before they take effect, and continued use after the effective date confirms acceptance.
