Draft — pending counsel sign-off

What this channel is for

Use this channel to report content or behaviour on Cravved that you believe is illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. That includes content that depicts you without your consent, content posted by someone impersonating you, copyrighted material posted without rights, and content that may constitute a crime.

How to submit a report

The web reporting form is in development and ships alongside the platform's paid features. In the interim, reports may be sent to reporting contact pending with the following information:

  • Your contact details (so we can respond) — name and an address we can reach you at.
  • The URL or identifier of the content or account in question.
  • The nature of the issue (non-consensual content, copyright, impersonation, threat, etc.).
  • Evidence supporting the report — including your relationship to the depicted person or rights you claim.

Urgent reports

Reports concerning child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats to life or safety, or other urgent harm are routed to our senior responders immediately, and to law enforcement where applicable. Where possible we will preserve evidence pending their involvement.

What we will do

We acknowledge every report. For urgent reports we aim to act within hours. For non-urgent reports we aim to resolve within a small number of business days, faster where the violation is clear. We will tell you what action we took. Specific SLAs will be finalised alongside our payment-network and hosting commitments.

Rights holders and law enforcement

Rights holders submitting copyright takedowns and law enforcement officers submitting formal requests should use the same channel for now; a dedicated verified channel will ship before the platform opens broadly.

Counter-notice and appeal

If your content has been removed in response to a report and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same channel. We will review the original report and the counter-notice together before taking further action.
